These are quick, easy and are perfect in between meals to keep you from getting hungry and making bad decisions!  Planning ahead is KEY so prep your snacks on Sunday so they're ready for the week!

Healthy Snacks

Apple Slices + Almond Butter

Banana + Almond Butter
Brown Rice Cake + Peanut Butter

Cottage Cheese (non-fat) + Blueberries
Dried Fruit Chips (no sugar added)
