- Ahi or Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Peppercorns
- Brown Rice
- Edamame
- Organic Soy Sauce
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat skillet to medium heat and add 1 T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add a handful of peppercorns
- Add tuna steaks
- Cook evenly on both sides until desired wellness (I prefer mine cooked medium so I cook them approximately 7 minutes per side)
- Serve over brown rice
- Drizzle with soy sauce
- Serve with a side of steamed edamame sprinkled with sea salt
