This Tomato Basil Cauliflower Pizza is my absolute favorite, super easy + delish pizza recipe that I make almost every weekend. And it takes less than 15 min including prep + cook time! Every time I've shared this I get asked so many times for the recipe so I'm excited to finally share it. And you won't believe how easy it is! This makes a great dinner or app to share. This recipe is gluten-free and can be easily made dairy-free by swapping the cheese. Also if you love pizza like I do, I would suggest making one per person:) Enjoy! 


  • 1 Cauliflower pizza crust (I love the CAULIPOWER brand pre-made crust!)
  • Extra virgin Olive Oil, organic (approx 1-2T)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese (*rbGH/rBST-free)
  • 1 large tomato, organic (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh basil, organic (I chop mine using the Chiffonade method)
  • Dried oregano
  • Sea salt + pepper
*rbGH/rBST-free dairy/meat products will have a label on them showing they are hormone-FREE!
*For Vegan/dairy-free: Chao vegan mozzarella tastes as close as you can get to real cheese!

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place one pizza crust on a round pizza pan.
  3. Drizzle + brush olive oil all over the crust.
  4. Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with tomato slices.
  6. Bake in oven for approx 10 min (or until cheese is completely melted)
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
  8. Sprinkle on some dried oregano then finish with some salt + pepper.
  9. Use a pizza cutter or chef knife to cut + serve. Enjoy!
