This Tomato Basil Cauliflower Pizza is my absolute favorite, super easy + delish pizza recipe that I make almost every weekend. And it takes less than 15 min including prep + cook time! Every time I've shared this I get asked so many times for the recipe so I'm excited to finally share it. And you won't believe how easy it is! This makes a great dinner or app to share. This recipe is gluten-free and can be easily made dairy-free by swapping the cheese. Also if you love pizza like I do, I would suggest making one per person:) Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cauliflower pizza crust (I love the CAULIPOWER brand pre-made crust!)
- Extra virgin Olive Oil, organic (approx 1-2T)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese (*rbGH/rBST-free)
- 1 large tomato, organic (thinly sliced)
- Fresh basil, organic (I chop mine using the Chiffonade method)
- Dried oregano
- Sea salt + pepper
*rbGH/rBST-free dairy/meat products will have a label on them showing they are hormone-FREE!
*For Vegan/dairy-free: Chao vegan mozzarella tastes as close as you can get to real cheese!
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Place one pizza crust on a round pizza pan.
- Drizzle + brush olive oil all over the crust.
- Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese.
- Top with tomato slices.
- Bake in oven for approx 10 min (or until cheese is completely melted)
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
- Sprinkle on some dried oregano then finish with some salt + pepper.
- Use a pizza cutter or chef knife to cut + serve. Enjoy!
