Clean Guacamole recipe2 avocados - peeled, pitted, 
and mashed
1 lime, squeezed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (*Note: If you are using dry herbs, only use 1/2 the amount)
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

1.In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro or parsley, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
