Clean Turkey Meatloaf

clean eating turkey meatloaf recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb lean, organic ground turkey
3 slices of multigrain bread (broken up) or 1 1/2 cups of quinoa (cooked)
1/2 cup fat-free, organic milk

1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg (beaten) or 3 Tbsp of egg whites
1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in large bowl
2. Lightly spray meal loaf pan with Olive Oil spray
3. Press into loaf pan
4. Drizzle to of meatloaf with ketchup (we use Simply Heinz)
5. Bake uncovered at 350ยบ for approx 60 minutes
6. Remove from oven & serve with your favorite side dish!  

Need ideas for a side?  Try quinoa or sweet potatoes!

Note:  If you like to top your meatloaf with ketchup, try Heinz Organic or Heinz Simply Ketchup.  It tastes amazing & contains NO high fructose corn syrup!
