Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

1 cup of natural smooth peanut butter or almond butter
1 scoop of Beachbody Hardcore base shake, protein shake
(I use chocolate Shakeology)
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (without shells)

1. Combine peanut butter, base shake (protein powder or chocolate Shakeology), oats, banana, and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl.
2. Shape mixture into 24 walnut-sized balls; place in airtight container.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr before serving
