21 day fix extreme recipesWhen you're trying to lose weight and/or follow clean eating in general, it's really important to make sure you are getting your healthy snacks in between meals [breakfast + lunch then again between lunch + dinner]. 

Otherwise, you'll end up hangry & more tempted to make bad decisions (like hitting up the fast food drive-thru on your way home from work or over-eating at dinner). Plus eating frequent small meals keeps your metabolism up [which means you burn more calories]. WINNING!

This is one of my go-to healthy but filling afternoon snacks::

Fresh veggies + hummus!

Hardly any prep work at all & keeps me satisfied until dinner!
