I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Official Beachbody Coach Test Group and complete this program before it launched & it is HANDS DOWN my SOULMATE workout program!!  You can see my before & after results posted above.  I lost 5 lbs, 4 inches & 3 inches off my waist alone and am in a jeans size SMALLER than BEFORE I had my daughter.   • Workouts range from 25-40 minutes
  • Program length:  60 days / 6 days per week

  • 3 options:  Lean, Maintain, or Bulk
  • Low-impact (little cardio -- lots of lifting!)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
  • Incline bench or Stability ball (I highly recommend a bench!)
  • Resistance band or Chin-up Bar (I personally used a resistance band)
  • A set of light / medium / heavy weights (I personally used 5, 10, 15 lbs and on some workouts, 20 & 25 lbs)
