Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup of natural smooth peanut butter or almond butter
1 scoop of Beachbody Hardcore base shake, protein shake
(I use chocolate Shakeology)
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (without shells)

Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, base shake (protein powder or chocolate Shakeology), oats, banana, and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl.
2. Shape mixture into 24 walnut-sized balls; place in airtight container.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr before serving

In May of 2011, I received the biggest blessing of my life.....I became a Mom.
From the moment McKenna was born, I fell head over heels in LOVE & wanted to spend every second with her.
But 6 short weeks later, I had to go back to my full-time job, working 60 hrs/week.
I was devastated.
It was not financially even a consideration for me to stay home.
After 2 yrs, I became depressed.
It killed me that I was missing out on the most precious years of her life.
Not only that, I had let myself go.
I didn't have the 1-2 hrs a day to go to the gym that I did before.
I was out of shape,
I hadn't worked since my 7th month of pregnancy, 
And I wasn't exactly eating how I should.
I felt tired, worn out, self-conscious about my appearance, and "squishy" where I used to be toned.

In June 2013, I had enough.
I was determined to do something about it, but I didn't know what....
So I prayed on it.... [ HARD ]
The next day, I saw a friend on FB post about loving her job,
And how she gets to work from home with her babies.
I had no idea what she did, but I had to know.
I was determined to find a way to stay home with my beautiful baby girl.

So I messaged her.
THAT decision, has changed my life forever.
I had no idea there was such a thing as a job where I could work from home,
Get paid to get healthy & fit,
Get paid to help others get healthy & fit online from home,
Help motivate & support others to stay on track,
Be my own boss,
Make my own hours,
Work as much or as little as I wanted,
And make a six-figure income within my first 18-24 months.

I thought it was too good to be true.
So I did my research.
My husband was skeptical,
But I saw the potential & so I went for it.

7 months later,
I left that full-time job.
I was able to replace my income from home & work less than 1/2 the hours.
I got in the best shape & health of my life,
And I now have the FREEDOM I never had before.

Now at 18 months as a coach,
I have now more than DOUBLED my income from my full-time Medical Sales career. 

How???
Because I saw an opportunity to live my dream,
Become a stay-at-home mom,
Something I wanted more than ANYTHING in the world,
And I went all in.
I left all doubt & fears behind me.  
I knew if others could do it, 
I could do it.
They were no different than me.
I put my faith in God & never looked back.

When I started....
I was not in shape,
I had few friends on FB,
I was a VERY shy & private person,
I worked 60 hrs a week,
I knew NOTHING about social media or clean eating,
I had NO idea what I was doing,
or HOW I was going to do it...

But...

I KNEW what I wanted my life to be like,
I KNEW I wanted to be a stay at home mom more than anything,
I KNEW I wanted to help a lot of people,
I knew I wanted a job in a positive environment,
I knew I wanted to get in shape & get healthy,
I knew I wanted the freedom to go where I wanted, when I wanted,
I knew I wanted financial freedom for my family,
And most of all,
I KNEW I was capable of achieving it if I worked hard.


If you have BIG goals & HUGE dreams, KNOW they CAN be a reality.  If I can do it, ANYONE can do it.

Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients:
grilled zucchini recipe
2 zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices
2-3 teaspoons Salad Surpreme seasoning 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preparation:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Sprinkle seasoning blend over sliced zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place prepared zucchini on the grill. Cook 5-8 minutes or until grill marks are darkened and zucchini starts to brown.  
4. Serve & enjoy


Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

21 Day Fix Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients
4 scoops chocolate or vegan chocoalate Shakeology

21 DAY FIX RECIPES CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SNACK BARS
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped peanuts or walnuts

1/2 cup golden raisins1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter


Preparation:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Press into an 8x8 pan. Chill for at least 3 hours. Cut into 24 pieces and enjoy!
