I've decided to open my April challenge group EARLY due to the # of responses I'm getting for those who are ready to start now!! So I'm opening my group to 5 MORE INDIVIDUALS (guys & gals) who want to lose up to 5-15 lbs in 21 days, tone up, lean out, learn healthy habits, feel amazing & get ready for summer! 

We start Monday! We'll spend 1 week "prepping" - - learning the basics of clean eating, meal planning, portion control, how to grocery shop & get in the mindset to spend the next 21 DAYS giving it all we got!! The groups are super fun & great for accountability to help you STICK with it & finish strong! You can do anything for 21 Days! If you're ready, LET'S GOOOOO!!!!
