Never in my life had I thought I'd want to be a SAHM.
I'd always loved being a career woman, working in the professional field, working hard & shooting for big goals so my family could live a comfortable life...
But having to go back to work after she was just 6 weeks old, literally ripped my heart out. With working 60 hours a week in the medical sales field, I had almost no time left to spend with her once I got home. It began to quickly wear on me. I began to resent my job. I felt unfulfilled in what I was doing. I would meet other moms who said they stayed home with their children and honestly, I felt incredibly jealous. I mean I was happy for them, but just wished I could do the same. My husband had a great paying job, but with a new baby, new home, 2 car payments & 2 student loans, we needed my income.
This went on for 2 years and then one day I hit my breaking point. I couldn't do it anymore. I just knew there was MORE to life than this. I KNEW I was meant to be doing something else, I just had no idea what. So I began praying for a solution. I was determined to find a way to be a SAHM while earning an income from home. But I didn't want just any job -- I wanted to have purpose, to make a difference, to love what I did and make a positive impact on others.... The next day, I stumbled upon a post in my news feed from a friend who absolutely loved her job. She got to work part-time from home, helping others, while being present with her kids. That is when I learned about the coaching opportunity with Beachbody and decided to start a new life for my family. And BECAUSE she shared this, I took a chance on an opportunity that has allowed me to fulfill my dream and become a SAHM, be my own boss, as well as replace & now surpass my income from my full-time medical sales job within my first year.
WHY do I share this all?? Because had someone not shared it with me, I'd still be where I was 3 years ago -- STUCK. I share this to let others know that YOU can have this too! THIS is a business that can help moms to be home with their children, a business that can help someone pay their car payment, to help someone not be in debt anymore, to help someone get on track with their own health and fitness, all while helping others to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. It's incredibly rewarding having from my customers tell me they are finally in their pre-pregnancy size jeans for the first time in years, or they are no longer pre-diabetic, or they feel confident in their swimsuit & have energy again for the first time in years.... Hearing from my coaches how they were able to leave their job to stay home with their kids, or they earned their first free Success Club trip where they get to bring their family on, or they earned enough to pay for groceries or a family vacation, to quit their 2nd job, or that this has given them a sense of community and purpose... This is a job that makes me feel GOOD at the end of the day. And for the first time in my life, I know I am doing what I'm meant to be doing. And I want OTHERS to have that same feeling!
Let me start by saying this is NOT a get-rich-quick business. 1) You absolutely HAVE to want to help yourself & others to live a healthy & fit life first and foremost. 2) If you are willing to put in the time, hard work and sacrifices NOW to be able to live the life you want in 1-2 years, and 3) If you have big dreams and believe there's more to life than the one you are living....
